We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60. For orders below $60, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. If your bracelet arrives with a defect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it.

If your bracelet becomes damaged during normal wear, please reach out to us via email. We will help you with repair or replacement options.

Yes. All our bracelets are made with genuine natural stones. Natural materials have unique variations in color and texture — that's part of their beauty.

Use a soft tape measure or a piece of string to measure just below your wrist bone. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. See our size guide.

We don't recommend it. Hot water, soap, and shampoo can weaken the elastic cord and affect the luster of some stones. We also suggest removing it before sleeping to avoid accidental snagging.
